To be eligible for a return:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Footwear must be clean and unworn, with no visible signs of use on the soles.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes from the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued for the product price only, not including shipping.
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
⚠️ Note: We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Important: Please clearly mark the outside of the package with “RETURN” so customs can process it correctly.
The return address will be provided once your request is approved. Please do not send items back to LEATHEISHOES before receiving confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you place a new order, shipping fees will apply again.
